King of the lake 2023 – 4 Girls Team – 47km 300hm

Our goal:

to beat PB 1:16:34 to do an avg speed of 37,1kmh and to finish the race together as a 4 girls team.

Have we managed it?

4 Girls – Team BOA Ladies

No – thats part of racing and part of life – we did not reach our goal.

Things change and things turn out differently than expected:

The first part was fast.

Then: Puncture at Nussdorf

So we lost Silke, in this case it was mentally a difficult situation for all. In a team with one person with a disability it is much more important and different to work together, than in a „normal“ team

So one important person was missing.

We did all our best and finished:

1:17:06 avg Speed 36,72kmh Place 6

So there is still a goal.
